Giti Return Policy?
GitiOnline has a specific return policy. Items bought from GitiOnline are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving. A valid Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required for items to be returned. Some heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, and they are not eligible for store credit or exchange. All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to the returns department. GitiOnline does not provide refunds for any purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached. If any item is delivered damaged, you have 48 Hours to contact for assistance.
Any items purchased online are NOT eligible to be returned at Retail Location. Items purchased Online MUST be returned Online with a VALID RMA Number. Items Purchased In-Store are NOT eligible for return ONLINE. In-Store Purchases MUST be returned at the same location purchased within the Return Policy Window.
All shoes must be packed in the original box and shipped inside a separate box. Use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be rejected or be presented with a 15% restocking fee.
Any returns which go unclaimed with unpaid invoices from the original invoice date after 3 months will be forfeited and put back into the inventory. All $10 Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns for Exchanges or Store credit. Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates make the order final sale. The order is not returnable to store credit only exchange if the item is available or valid. Any item with a red line marked through and or has final sale written on the outfit is final sale and is non returnable. It is the customers responsibility to verify their shipping address, any packages returned because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Please contact if you’re interested in exchanging your item (must be within the 14 day return policy).
